If you are dealing with domestic disputes, such as a divorce or dissolution, custody issues, child support or other family matters such as abuse, neglect and dependency cases, Attorney Olivia Myers will stand by your side and fight for you.

Attorney Myers has extensive training in representing the best interests of children in Ohio Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts. She previously completed several hours of training to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate ("CASA") and Guardian ad Litem ("GAL"). She practiced as a CASA and GAL in the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts in the beginning of her career as an attorney. This experience gives Attorney Myers an edge in representing parents and children in the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts.

Within this child-centric role, she acts as an investigator, advocate and monitor.

When family disputes arise, she will passionately defend you and guide you through the entire court process. She also represents parents in divorce cases, helping them navigate the complex legal process, obtaining the most reasonable agreement.

She understands these cases are lengthy and can often become emotional and harrowing. Each matter is considered, and she takes the time to make sure her clients understand the process and the potential outcomes.

Divorce and Dissoltion

In Ohio, these are the two legal ways to end a marriage. With dissolution, often called the “uncontested” way to end a marriage, both spouses must agree on everything before they file, including custody, child support and division of property. In a divorce case, the judge makes the decisions for the spouses when they cannot agree. Attorney Olivia Myers has successfully represented spouses in complex divorce cases. Thanks to her expert experience as a past Guardian ad Litem, she offers clients an advantage when it comes to resolving custody disputes in their favor.

Children's Services Cases

When parents or guardians have been alleged to abuse or neglect their children, Attorney Olivia Myers has been able to get involved early on during investigations to prevent the Children’s Services Board (CSB) from filing a complaint in Juvenile Court. She has also represented many cases where children are alleged to be abused, neglected or dependent. Her experience as a past Guardian ad Litem uniquely qualifies her to deftly handle these sensitive legal cases.

Juvenile Law

When minors are involved in crimes, whether traffic or criminal charges, they are prosecuted under the Juvenile Court system. Attorney Olivia Myers has successfully tried and won these cases, with the outcome of charges dismissed and records sealed to prevent and protect juveniles from entering adulthood with a record.
